This is a multi-day, "destination," style wedding. The itinerary includes the different activities and meals. All activities and meals (unless otherwise noted) will be hosted at the Timber Moose Lodge.
What Activities Do I attend?
Sunday Evening (May 27) : Lodge Guests only
Monday (May 28): Most of the activities on Monday are an open-invite, and ceremony guests are welcome to come join in the fun!
Tuesday (May 29): Tuesday, daytime, will be focused on ceremony preparations, and self-care for bride, groom and Lodge Guests. Ceremony Guests are welcome to begin gathering at the Lodge at 4:00 PM. The Ceremony and Reception will begin at 5:00 PM.
Wednesday (May 30): Wednesday will be final morning relaxation, swim time for nieces and nephews, and wrap up for Lodge Guests.
Am I A Lodge Guest?
Lodge Guests include the wedding party and a few other invited friends. Lodge Guests were invited personally by Bryce and Jenny to stay at the Lodge (free of charge). The page "Lodge Guests" above will list the room assignments for Lodge Guests.
If you were invited as a "Ceremony Guest" we invite you to come up for the Ceremony and Celebration on Tuesday evening, as well as come join for "play time" during the day on Monday (May 28th).
Your email invitation will either say "Lodge Guest," or "Ceremony Guest," but if there is any confusion please feel free to reach out to Bryce or Jenny.
Where Should I Stay?
If you have been invited to stay as a lodge guest, you are invited to sleep and stay at Timber Moose Lodge . Check-in is Sunday (May 27, 2018) at 4:00 PM, and check-out is Wednesday (May 30, 2018) at 11:00 AM.
If you are a Ceremony Guest you are invited up to Timber Moose Lodge on Monday during the day-time, and on Tuesday for the ceremony and reception...see the itinerary for details.
What to Bring...
If you are a Lodge Guest, or are planning to come up for activities on Monday, be sure to bring clothes you can play in, hike in, a swimsuit if you would like to swim or sauna, and something that you feel beautiful/handsome in for the wedding ceremony and reception on Tuesday.
Meal Information:
Meal specifics will be listed on the itinerary. If you are a Lodge Guest many of the meals will be provided at the Lodge. You are also welcome to bring your own food if you have certain dietary needs. The kitchen is spacious and well-stocked for cooking. Please let us know if it would be helpful to have a more specific ingredient list for the meals we will be serving.
*This is an alcohol-free wedding.
What Do I Wear?
Dress is casual for all activities and meals, except for the Wedding Ceremony and Reception. For the wedding ceremony you are invited to wear your favorite wedding attire :)
Where Are You Registered?
We have decided not to register. If you would like to offer a gift, we would love cash gifts, or anything you would like to gift or contribute to our union. Thank you!
